Linda S. Wallace, is author of Cultural IQ, an on-line blog that provides practical tips for dealing with uncomfortable life situations such as hatred, sexual harassment, and fear.  A seasoned journalist who has worked for major newspapers including the Dallas Times-Herald and the Philadelphia Inquirer, Ms. Wallace launched Linda S. Wallace Communications in 1996. As a Texas-based executive coach, writer, and cultural competency trainer, she helps workers look beyond their cultural filters and engage in bias-free decision-making and honest dialogs.  Her clients include the U.S. Navy, Community College of Philadelphia, Hearst Newspapers, the Cardiovascular Institute of Philadelphia, and the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia.

Ms. Wallace's columns have appeared in the Christian Science Monitor, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Portland Oregonian, the Houston Chronicle, the Tri-State Defender and the Columbia Journalism Review
